ALL PAID ORDERS RECEIVED BY 15:00 ON A WORKING DAY WILL BE DESPATCHED THE SAME DAY.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
The despatch details you receive show the despatch date, the carrier and the tracking reference. . In the case of most UK deliveries, track the delivery progress of your order by going to the Royal Mail Track & Trace or Interlink Express Track & Trace web page and entering the tracking reference.
In the event of dispatch via a carrier other than Royal Mail, a similar tracking facility will usually be available via the carrier's web site.
Our carriers will normally attempt to deliver your order during their working hours, typically 09.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If there is no one available to receive the delivery, the carrier will leave a card explaining where your parcel is being held. Sometimes the carrier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour, otherwise it is likely to be sent to a local post office, sorting office or carrier's depot.

DELIVERIES TO THE UK
STANDARD DELIVERY - to mainland UK addresses usually takes 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) and costs £4.99 for 1-2 items. If more than 2 items are ordered, the shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and some areas of the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer.
If you do not receive your order within 5 to 7 working days from the date of despatch we recommend that you contact us.
UK GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - this service is available for guaranteed next working day delivery within the UK (Working Days being Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays), for orders received by ExpressTrainers.com by 15.00 (3pm) on the date of order, at a cost of £6.99. If you do not receive your order the next working day we recommend that you contact us.
We regret that for overseas sales we can only deliver to the address at which the debit/credit card is registered.
CHANNEL ISLANDS - Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark costs £4.99 and normally takes up to 3 working days from the date of despatch.
EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY - Deliveries to most Member States of the EU normally takes up to 4-5 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of despatch, although many order arrive sooner than this, and more remote locations can take up to 7-10 working days at a cost of £9.99 for the first item plus £4.99 for each additional item.
If you do not receive your order within 10-14 working days from the date of despatch we recommend that you contact us.
OTHER OVERSEAS DESTINATIONS Orders for destinations other than the United Kingdom and EU Countries cost £14.99 for the first item plus £7.50 for each additional item and can take from 10-14 working days (Monday-Friday) to arrive, although many order arrive sooner than this. Please note that orders for these countries may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance charges, which are the customers responsibility. The policy regarding these charges will vary from country to country. If you are unsure about whether or not duty will be applied to your purchase on importation we recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order.
If you do not receive your order within 21 working days from the date of despatch we recommend that you contact us.
To check your order status, just click on the My Account link at the top of the page, sign in and then click on Order History. An email will also be sent with tracking details once your order leaves our central warehouse so you can track your order.
If your order is incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us via the contact page or refer to the receipt which you receive with your order which has a comprehensive itinerary of returns and exchanges or alternatively by phone on 0191 516 6824.
We regret that if customers do make cancellations of order by email we may during busy times be unable to cancel your order due to our swift despatch system.
VAT / IVA
VAT will be charged on all orders to destinations and is included in the price displayed.
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including: Visa; MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; Solo;ExpressTrainers gift vouchers and Paypal. You may use a combination of gift vouchers and any credit cards that we accept to pay for your order.
Can you send my order to an alternative address
Yes if you are a UK based customer (credit card billing address is in the UK), otherwise we can only deliver to the billing address.
