Free UK shipping on all orders is determined as follows;
Delivered generally in 2 working days for all orders placed before 3pm (working days being Monday to Friday)
If you have placed any order over £25 with us (excluding shipping) you will be sent a FREE 3 pair pack of Adidas or Fila premium sports socks with your order.
The appropriate size (or nearest appropriate size) determined by the stock we have will be selected to go with the size of the shoes you have ordered (where possible).
Please accept our apologies but we are unable to accept special requests from customers to receive particular sizes in the free socks. This is simply not feasible for us to operate due to the high volume of orders we ship.
While every endeavour will be made to marry the size of the socks with the shoes you have purchased we cannot guarantee this 100%.
All trade orders are excluded from this promotion.
Only one 3 pair pack of socks per order. Any orders received regardless of the value over £25 or the number of pairs of shoes ordered will only receive one 3 pair pack of socks.
Customers attempting to place single orders consecutively and repeatedly over hours or days to claim more than one pack of socks will have their orders vetted and may be restricted to only one 3 pair pack of socks unless they wish to pay the individual shipping cost against each order placed.
If you return your order to us for a refund, you must return the 3 pair pack of socks you received (and unworn). Failure to return the 3 pair pack of socks may result in a charge of £5.00 being levied against your refund when we receive the goods back with us.
We regret we are unable to exchange any socks.
