If you are returning items from the United Kingdom or Channel Islands, we provide a fully tracked 2-3 day returns service via Royal Mail at a subsidised price of £4.50.

Important Information About Returns
If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different pair or do not wish to keep them, then you may return them within a 30 day period from the date of despatch. You will be liable for the shipping charges for any returns except where the goods are faulty or where we have sent the wrong item.
If your shoes are faulty, or we have sent the wrong product, you will be entitled to a no-cost replacement or refund, including the cost of returning the item to us provided you use the Royal Mail Tracked Return system as below.
To make a return, you should use our Royal Mail Tracked Returns service, which can be found on the Internet at returns.expresstrainers.com.
You will be asked to provide information about your order and the item(s) you wish to return and you will be able to pre-pay the postage online and print your returns note and pre-paid address label. The information you supply will be forwarded to our staff and will help them to process your return efficiently and provide any assistance required.

Please Note Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the goods are in the same perfect condition as delivered, complete with tags attached, tissue packing paper, and the box undamaged. Boxes must be wrapped and must not have labels directly attached or be taped in any way.
Any damage or sign of wear to the returned item may result in an exchange or refund being refused, with the cost of return being the customer's responsibility.
Including Your Original Receipt
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible it is imperative that you include your receipt when sending your goods back to us.
If you have mislaid your receipt, simply enclose with your returned item a covering letter showing your full name, address, contact telephone number and email address, together with your requirements, and send to:
